How to Change a Cabin Air Filter in a Hummer

Cabin filters are installed on many types of vehicles, including a Hummer. The air filter in the vehicle is designed to filter harmful air and allergens to keep the air in the vehicle clean. When the cabin air filter in your Hummer collects too much dirt and other particles it will no longer filter correctly and will need to be replaced. You can change a motel air filter in a Hummer by kickoff ordering a replacement filter for the vehicle.

Pace 1

Find and remove the screws that are securing the panel that is covering access to the air filter with the nut commuter. The screws are located under the glove box on the passenger side of the vehicle.

Step 2

Ready the console aside. Locate the access door for the cabin filter that was under the panel.

Step 3

Remove the screw that is used to secure the access door with the screwdriver. Set the spiral aside then you practice non lose information technology.

Open the door and pull out the start filter. Pull out any additional filters that are inside the compartment.

Step 5

Take the new filters out of the parcel and insert them into the filter compartment.

Step 6

Shut the access door and then replace the screw. Tighten the screw to secure the door.

Gear up the panel back into place and secure it with the screws.
